Key Responsibilities

  1. Understand the service requirements and identify the service partners within the city limits.
  2. Meet and on-board service partners and complete on-boarding and training procedures within defined TAT.
  3. Coordinate with service providers and ensure that they continue as valued service partners.
  4. Identify partners for our ecommerce and deals platforms and improve business propositions.
  5. Prepare product database for ecommerce platform and compare product availability and positioning by competitors.
  6. Identify gaps in existing business services, document methods of improvement, and help business team to implement.
  7. Locations: Bangalore, Hyderabad, Delhi, Mumbai

Key Requirements

  1. Possess excellent customer/client management skills (Communication and convincing skill).
  2. Experience of interacting with various stakeholders.
  3. Good coordination and negotiation skills
  4. Knowledge of various computer applications.
  5. Added experience for generation of various reports.
  6. Commercial acumen and basic financial knowledge
  7. Experience working in a call center/customer care environment
  8. Excellent service mentality
  9. Ability to speak multiple languages will be an advantage
