Role Description

  • Understand the service requirements and identify the service partners within the city limits.
  • Meet and on-board service partners and complete the on-boarding procedures within defined TATs.
  • Coordinate with service providers and ensure that they stick with our service.
  • Identify the partners for our ecommerce platform and deals and get better business propositions.
  • Prepare product database for ecommerce platform and compare the product availability and positioning in competitors’ online store.
  • Identify the business gaps in existing business services, document methods of improvisation and help business team to implement it.

    Responsibilities:

  • Candidate should have good customer/client management skills (Communication and convincing skill).
  • Candidate has to initiate the business call with service provider, describing the benefits of product, and get appointment for business development team.
  • Candidate will be responsible to interact with service providers and customers and schedule the jobs. He/she should also track the status of jobs via system and calls.
  • Candidate will be responsible to on-board service provider to the Joboy DB system accurately and should maintain the service provider database.
  • Candidate will be responsible to generate the various reports on the Daily/Weekly/Monthly transactions.
  • Candidates will be responsible to share the weekly service provider settlement report with service providers as per the rules and guidelines of Serville Technologies.
  • Candidate will be responsible to answer the queries of service providers on products features and payments.
  • Candidates will be responsible to generate the payment sheet for service provider settlement.
  • Candidate should maintain the confidentiality of the data.
  • Requirements:

  • Candidate should have good communication skills in English and Malayalam.
  • Candidate should have minimum 2 years’ experience in operations profile.
  • Candidates should have good knowledge in creating report templates as per the product requirements.
  • Candidate should be a quick learner.
  • Candidate should be proficient in MS Word, Excel and Presentation.

    Responsibilities:

  • Candidate will be solely responsible for developing the business in the allocated city.
  • Develop and maintain the service provider base for Mobile Application service.
  • Reach the service providers in the allocated area (Kochi and Trivandrum) through various communication channels, educate them the benefit of our service and convince them to join our service.
  • Onboard the Service Provider within the given time frame by completing documentation and verification.
  • Maintain good relationship with service providers, understand their requirements and share ideas to senior management on how to benefit them with a balanced approach. Handle service provider queries and escalate them timely for resolution.
  • Meet the targets as per agreed timelines
  • Prepare Weekly and Monthly Reports.
  • Requirements:

  • Candidate should have good communication skills in Malayalam.
  • Candidate should have good convincing and negotiation skills.
  • Candidate should have minimum 1 year experience in sales profile in IT firms, ecommerce, insurance, retail sector or selling banking products.
  • Candidate should be proficient in MS Word, Excel and Presentation.
  • Local candidates preferred.
  • Nature of Job: Outside office and travelling
